Internet marketing and local internet marketing are two different things. One focuses on search engine optimization for a single website and the other focuses on getting your product or service found online.
The difference is huge.
Local internet marketing is not about websites. Having a website alone accomplishes nothing. For example, if you're not on the first page of google you might as well have a billboard in the desert. It's useless.
Getting found online focuses on search terms. What would you google if you were looking for a Chiropractor? Opachich Wellness Center or Jacksonville Chiropractor?
The second thing that needs to be done is to be found in multiple places. I call them lead valves. Google Maps is a lead valve. Merchant Circle is another. I recommend at least 15 lead valves to be effect.
So to recap. Target what you do and not who you are and promote to at least 15 online lead valves.
